To be eligible for a return or exchange we require a proof of purchase and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate the return or exchange process, please send us an email to info@aksels.com with your order info and what you would like to do. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable and the cost to get the product back to us, is the responsibility of the consumer.
For exchanges, you just need to get the product back to us and we will cover the cost to get you the replacement!
For returns, once we receive the product back, we will get you credited back for the cost of the product returned and we strongly recommend using a service that provides a tracking number when sending products back to us. Hats must be returned in a box, otherwise will not be accepted.
