Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange we require a proof of purchase and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

To initiate the return or exchange process, please send us an email to info@aksels.com with your order info and what you would like to do.

For exchanges, you just need to get the product back to us and we will cover the cost to get you the replacement!

For returns, once we receive the product back, we will get you credited back for the cost of the product returned, but please email info@aksels.com and we can get the process going for you!
