When will my order ship?
• Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of when the order was placed, Monday - Friday.
How long will my order take to get to me?
• Short answer is that is up to USPS and their processing times :) If you choose the more cost effective First Class option, we have literally seen some of those take up to 14 days. The priority option usually arrives within 7 days. We do everything in our power to turn orders around ASAP, but once it leaves our hands, we are all at the mercy of the carrier.
International Shipping
• This should be automatically offered at checkout once you enter the shipping address, but if for whatever reason it is not and/or you have any questions, please send us an email to info@aksels.com
Where is my order?
• Many times our shipping and tracking notification emails will go to your SPAM, so please check there first for updates!
My order shows delivered, but I do not have it?
• As of late, we have noticed a theme where USPS is preemptively showing delivered, when they have yet to actually deliver the package, so we like to give it 2-3 business days from date of delivery, to see if it turns up. Also many
times the package ends up with a neighbor and they will bring it over once the mistake is realized. If it does never show, reach out to info@aksels.com and we will help accordingly!
How do I return an item or order?
• Any item that is unworn and falls within 30 days of the purchase date, is fine to return! For items bought at our Aksels DIA store, all sales are final and we are unable to do exchanges or returns. You can mail it back to the below (return shipping cost is on the consumer) and once received, we will get you credited for the product. Just
include your order # somewhere in the box and we strongly recommend using a mailing service that provides a tracking #. If returning a hat, it must arrive back to us in a box. If the hat is in a bag, it is not refundable.
Can I change my order once it is submitted?
• If the order has been processed and picked up by USPS, then unfortunately no. As soon as you realize you would like to change something on your order, please reach out to onlineorders@aksels.com with your order # and what you would like to change and we can confirm if possible or not.
How do I cancel an order?
• Send an email to onlineorders@aksels.com with your order # and if your order has not been picked up, then we can get it cancelled! If it has shipped, then you will need to follow the above instructions for order returns.
How do I exchange an item or order?
• Any item that is unworn and falls within 30 days of the purchase date, is fine to exchange AND we will even cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item that we ship back out to you! Where are your products made?
• Many of our products are made right here in Denver! For some of the more complicated products like hats and socks, they are made overseas. Most of the socks are China and most of the hats are Bangladesh. While most people think it simply comes down to a pricing thing, for us it is actually quality. There are certain areas of the world that are simply better at making certain products than others. All of our overseas factories we have personally visited and worked with for close to a decade if not more. We do strive to make as much as possible locally though!
